This family had been baking for twelves years and felt that their current logo no longer fit their business. The pandemic affect my life immensely, as it did many others. After being laid off I considered giving up a career in the creative industry after eight long months of unemployment. I had lost my apartment in Oakland and relocated to Los Angeles, struggled with my mental health during quarantine. I turned to sketching to kept my skills sharp but found it provided an outlet I needed to heal and start over.
